Heinz Farmer – head chef
Our head chef Heinz Farmer who has an excellent reputation at the Arlberg is in the Hubertushof since 2004 and is a chef out of passion. Finest meat and fish recipes, fresh herbs, best local ingredients, prepared with love and passion, according to the principle of enjoying healthily.
A treat for all senses.

Martin Leitner – Sous-Chef
Martin is also already a long-standing employee and since 2004 in the Hubertushof. He is an important component in ours „white brigade.
Let yourself spoil and join us on the culinary journey. Martin is brilliant in snowboarding and he is a member of the Ski Club Arlberg since years. He loves the “sociable” and he is a passionate fisherman in summer.

Stefan Ulrich – Chef de Partie
He is there with full use and enthusiasm –everything for the guest. Stefan is already the third season in our team and became a brillliant skier in the meantime. He also is a member of the Ski Club Arlberg. He builds wonderful Christmas cribs.

Patrick Breitenstein – Chef de partie
We are very happy that he is back this winter in our “white brigade”, he loves cooking, computer games and hopefully also skiing soon ….

Peter Mikulas – kitchen hand and dish washer
He provides the hygiene and cleanness in his department and he is an organizing ability. He always tries around the good cooperation with the cooks and the service team.

Jan Kozelsky – Chef de rang
Always there for your wishes – always friendly, competently and attentively „You can hear his smile“. He already spoils our guests since 2007. Jan is a brillinat skier and he is the first Czech who was admitted to the Ski Club Arberg last winter.

Christian Kretschmann – Barman
Again this winter he will join our team – but the first time in the position as a barman. I loves preparing cocktails and bar drinks, wishing him a lot of fun …

Anja Litschko – waitress
Enjoying contact with people and open-minded -. thats how she describes herself. Wishing her a beautiful season in the mountains and enough time to ski.

*Nico Retzlow – waiter”
For him it is the first winter season and we wish him a great time and a lot of fun with us at the Hubertushof.

Christina Lamparter – waitress
She as finished her education this year and we wish her a great season with a lot of fun.

Manuela Geißert – receptionist
She is there our representative at the very front and she is there for your wishes and needs. With the heart at the right spot she already conveys the charm of our house on the telephone, that our guests can feel already that they are welcome.

Milan Nikolic – house meister
Milan is there for you since 2004. He cares about the interests in the house, starting by small repairs up to the responsible support of the Wellness area. He drives our hotel shuttle with joy, he loves it to arrange the way to be free with the snow blower and he likes the sociable get-together.

Wilfried Scheichl – Milans assistant
Wiflried is our house meister every Wednesday. He also loves driving our hotel shuttle bus and is doing the house meister job with joy.
Wilfried is a passionate gardener and always has a joke readily.

Ljubica Majstorovic – housekeeping governess
She cares much use and joy around the destiny of this responsible department since 2004. They make the cleanness visible in the house for our guests and are „responsive“. She loves artistic bedding down forms, is already a proud grandma and plays board games with pleasure like “Mensch ägere Dich nicht”.

Erika Valcicakova – chambermaid
To be there for our guests and their wishes is natural for her. She joins our team since 2007 and we are looking forward to our next season with her in our team. She loves the internet and chatting in facebook when she has time off.

Petra Hanousková – chambermaid
She is the first time working at the Hubertushof and we wish her a good season.

Laura Gyüreova – chambermaid
Last year she has already been working in a hotel in this position for a few weeks. She did like it and that´s why she is here. Wishing her a great season.

Gabi Staudacher – Masseuse and chambermaid
She is concerned about your well-being.Trust experienced hands at agreeable applications. Gabi enjoys an excellent reputation as a masseuse and has many fans. She also joins our housekeepint team since many years.

Alina Busse – kids club
She is looking after our little guests with a lot of creativity and fun.
